This A4 digital document is a reference point for the logistics of the event as well as including contact information for further questions, it is often printed out as a hard copy to have on location for the teams.

After the final count of sponsorships and donations come through post-event, a 16:9 (standard size) slide was created to empower the church partner to present to their own congregation. This slide was branded and included a relevant photo to celebrate their impact and thank them for their partnership.

Major Giver Servicing - Mums & Babies
MB2A - Project Proposal - Launch
Mums & Babies Launch Project Proposals provide major givers with key information about the new Mums and Babies project they have expressed interest in funding. It can function as a stand-alone document, or can be bundled with the Launch Budget (MB3) and Mums and Babies Project Launch Timeline (MB11) if available. Format: A4, single-sided, designed to be printed in-house on standard (90gsm) stock.

DLX Envelope - 'A Letter from...' (PS)
Compassion-branded standard DLX envelope with a window in the front and overprinted feature text on the front: 'A Letter from your Sponsored Child'. These envelopes are for exclusive use by the SEC in the fulfilment of supporter communication for physical letters. These letters are processed externally in large quantities by IVE Group. We keep a small selection of 'peel and seal' options in-house for the manual fulfilment of special requests as needed.
