Major Giver Servicing - Critical Needs
CN4 - Project Update Report
Project Updates provide the major giver with an update on the project's progress, including the distribution of funds and impact of their support. Project Updates are sent at least once for each project, but possibly more frequently depending on the duration of the project. It is usually accompanied by Progress Photos (CN5). Format: 2pp, A4 portrait, single-sided, designed to be printed in-house on standard (90gsm) stock.

Compassion Australia sends regular communication to our supporter database. For those who opted for print material in their supporter preferences, this will include physical letters. Standard format for supporter letters is A4 folded to DL. They includes personalised data and content which is overprinted in-house onto letterhead stock. This allows us to maintain brand standards and also fulfil letters internally.

Using a new vibrant colour palette, this conference pushed the creative boundaries as to what a Compassion conference should look like moving forward.
